Mr. Sangpo Lama, a permanent resident of Karang village, 2, Saldang is a newly appointed IT Officer of Shey-Phoksundu Rural Municipality. He was appointed as IT Officer on 16 July 2021 (Shrawan-1-2078). He did his bachelor in BSc(Hons) Computer Science also Bachelor in Information Technology (BIT) from Herald College, Kathmandu also an affiliated college of foreign based university called, "University of Wolverhampton".
